運送政策
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours during standard business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders that meet our current minimum spend threshold (the exact amount required for free shipping is advertised on our website and applied automatically at checkout).
For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination, order weight, and selected courier.
Shipping Methods & Estimates
We ship locally within Hong Kong using SF Express, GoGoVan, or Lalamove.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these timeframes are estimates only. 28CarParts is not liable for any delivery delays caused by the courier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Address & Fees
Customers are strictly responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, or remote area surcharges will be billed directly to the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to our courier and leaves our warehouse, 28CarParts is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking information shows that the package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We do not issue refunds or send replacements for packages that are marked as successfully delivered by the courier.
Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item arrives damaged due to transit, you must notify us at sales@28carparts.com within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging. Transit damage claims will not be accepted if reported after the 24-hour window.
Order Cancellations & Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once the parts have been dispatched from our warehouse under any circumstances. If you need to cancel or modify your order prior to dispatch, you must contact us immediately.
