Shipping & Delivery

Our items have restricted delivery to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Turkey, Egypt, Indonesia, Philippines and Colombia.

Item will be shipped within 24 hrs after receiving cleared payment (Excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holidays). Shipment will be delayed if Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Red / Black Rainstorm Warnings are issued.

All items are Securely Packaged to ensure it arrives in the Best Possible Condition.

Express (Hong Kong), Tin Tin Express (Macau), Hong Kong Speedpost (Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Turkey, Egypt, Indonesia, Philippines and Colombia).

Please make sure your shipping address is Updated and Correct before settling the payment. We do not liable for the Postal Lost caused by Incorrect / Invalid Address.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is accepted within 2 days after received the item (Except Electrical Items / Pre-Order Items / Order Wrong Specifications Parts) only if the item is defective upon receipt or malfunction. All new/unused products must be new, unopened, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labelling, manuals, hardware, etc, a customer has up to 2 days from the date of receipt for exchange of a new item.

With the assistance of customer service officer, the parts are purchased after verification and confirmation by the customer on the provided parts diagram, do not meet the exchange policy requirements.

Self-ordered products with wrong specifications are also not eligible for exchange policy requirements.

For products that choose to pick up at 28CarParts office, please pick up within 2 working days after receiving the pickup notice. Customers who delay pickup are not eligible for any exchange terms and may be subject to additional surcharges.

Only one exchange will be accepted for a single order. Shipping and handling charge is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.

返品と交換
